Legacy Luxe (Premium Plan)

Includes Elegance in Bloom features plus:

• Special Occasion Arrangements: Personalized for anniversaries, heavenly birthdays, or other significant dates.
• Custom Decor: Unique touches such as small Christmas trees, solar lights, or other personalized items.
• On-Call Flexibility: Priority service for last-minute or special requests.

• Vase Insert Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $20 per vase arrangement is required to cover the cost of a durable rubber insert, ensuring the arrangements stay securely in place.
• No On-Site Vase Fee: If no vase is present at the site, an additional one-time, non-refundable fee of $25 will be applied to provide a ground vase.

• Subscription Requirement All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After this period, you can adjust or cancel anytime.
• Cancellations You may end your subscription once the 3-month minimum commitment is met for no additional charges. All cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the next delivery to avoid charges for that month.
• Subscription Pauses You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months with at least one week’s notice. During the pause, you will not be charged, and no new setup fees will apply when the service resumes.
• Ownership of Materials All materials provided by Legacies in Bloom, including floral arrangements, vase inserts, and vases, remain our property during your subscription. Your one-time setup fees cover the service of preparing, delivering, and securing these items at your loved one’s site. This ensures your subscription remains affordable without recurring setup charges.
• Handling Theft or Damage We understand that theft or damage to grave materials can happen. If it does, we will replace the vase insert and/or vase provided once at no extra cost. Floral arrangements will also be replaced once as a courtesy. For frequent occurrences, we may transition to using cost-effective temporary inserts or arrangements or recommend discontinuing the service to ensure fair use for all clients.
