General Questions

What is Legacies in Bloom?

Legacies in Bloom is a service dedicated to honoring the memory of loved ones by providing beautiful, seasonal artificial floral arrangements for memorial sites. We also perform light maintenance during each visit, ensuring the site is treated with respect and care.

Do you use real or artificial flowers?

Our arrangements are crafted using high-quality artificial flowers for long-lasting beauty and minimal maintenance. For premium service levels or special requests, we can include real flowers for specific events.

Which areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Alpharetta, Cumming, Dawsonville, Ball Ground, Canton, Dahlonega,  Milton, Johns Creek, Gainesville, Oakwood, Suwanee, Buford, Lawrenceville, Norcross, Dunwoody and surrounding communities across North Georgia. Because we are always expanding our service areas, if you are outside the areas mentioned  please reach out as we may be able to include your loved one’s site too.


Subscription Plans

What are the subscription options?

We offer three subscription levels:

  • Basic Plan: Seasonal arrangements with light site maintenance.
  • Enhanced Plan: Includes premium decor elements like ribbons and additional seasonal touches.
  • Premium Plan: Offers all features of the Enhanced Plan plus personal touches, such as custom decorations or special event arrangements.

Is there a minimum commitment for subscriptions?

Yes, we require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can adjust or cancel your plan with one week’s notice.

Are there discounts for multiple markers?

Yes, we offer discounts if you have multiple markers included in your subscription.


Floral Arrangements

How often do you replace the arrangements?

We deliver 12 unique artificial arrangements per year, changing them monthly to reflect the seasons, holidays, or special occasions.

Can I request a specific design or color scheme?

While our designs typically reflect seasonal themes, we’re happy to accommodate special requests for specific designs or color schemes at the Enhanced and Premium levels. Please reach us directly with any requests.

Can I keep the arrangement and take it home?

The floral arrangements, vase inserts, and vases provided by Legacies in Bloom are part of your subscription and remain our property. This allows us to maintain the quality and consistency of our service, as well as reuse materials where possible. Your one-time setup fee covers the preparation, delivery, and secure placement of these items at your loved one’s site.

What happens to arrangements when I cancel?

 If you cancel, we will not retrieve materials from the site. The final arrangement, vase insert, or vase remains for you to keep. 


Site Maintenance

What does the site maintenance include?

Each visit includes light cleaning, such as sweeping debris and wiping the marker. We ensure personal decorations like photos or solar lights remain undisturbed.

Will you remove existing flowers or decorations?

We will replace any existing vase flowers with your new arrangement as part of our service. If there are artificial arrangements already in place that aren’t from Legacies in Bloom, we will not dispose of them without your consent. Instead, we will carefully set them aside at the gravesite in a secure manner to ensure they don’t get lost or damaged. Personal decorations, such as photos, solar lights, or other keepsakes, will remain untouched unless you request otherwise.

What if theft or damage occurs?

We understand that theft or damage to grave materials can happen. If it does, we will replace the affected items once at no extra cost. For frequent occurrences, we may switch to more cost-effective materials to help prevent repeated losses. 


Special Requests and Events

Do you offer arrangements for anniversaries, birthdays, or holidays?

Yes, at the Premium Plan level, we offer personalized arrangements for special occasions, such as heavenly birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays

Do you handle urgent or last-minute requests?

We strive to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs.


Billing and Payments

How do I make payments?

We accept online payments through our secure website using Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly. 

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to three months without incurring new setup fees. Notify us at least one week in advance to avoid charges during the pause. If you need to restart your subscription after the three-month pause period, it will be treated as a new subscription, and any applicable one-time setup fees (such as for vase inserts or ground vases) will apply again. 

Can I change my subscription level?

Yes, you can change your subscription level at any time to better fit your needs. Whether you’d like to upgrade to a higher-tier plan or return to a lower-tier option, we’re happy to accommodate your request without any additional fees. Simply let us know, and we’ll adjust your service accordingly for the next billing cycle.

What happens if I need to cancel?

You may cancel anytime after the 3-month minimum commitment with at least one week’s notice for no additional charges.
